Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal electronic checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Gun Laws. Gun laws vary. Federal law requires that NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE PERMITTED TO PURCHASE AIRSOFT GUNS, AIRSOFT RIFLES, OR ANY AIRSOFT ITEMS FROM THIS SITE. Airsoft items are for 18 and Older

Product Damages. (Claim must be made within 3days of date shipment is recieved)  We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS. If you receive a damaged or broken item that shipped via UPS contact us within 3 days. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 20 days after contacting us.

Insurance on USPS Priority shipments is not available. We recommend UPS since the insurance costs are built into their shipping fees. UPS shipments are shipping fully insured against loss or damage. USPS Priority shipments are not insured.

Manufacturers Defects. (Claim must be made within 3 days of date shipment is received)  If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at support@aircraz.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy. (Claim must be made within 3 days of date shipment is received)  Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 3 days from the ship date to contact our customer service center with your claim in order to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@aircraz.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. This RMA number must be included with the returned package. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused.

Customers Shipping Responsibility (Claim must be made within 3 days of date shipment is received)  You are responsible for paying the return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned and items must be in new condition for resale. These items are to be in the original shrink wrap.  

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

International Shipping Policy:

International shipments are not guranteed/warranted in any way shape or form, we only promise to ship item from our location and provide shipping confirmation. Items under 200.00 are marked to abandon items 201.00 and above are marked for return, if return does occur it will be processed at customers expense if returned shipping fees are not paid I reserve the right to resale items to reclaim shipping expense.
